Yogurt Parfait Popsicles Luckily I am natural craving healthy food (and am I grateful!) but, I know that, unfortunately, not everyone is a fan of healthy food, and especially not the little ones. But for as long as Kellie Van from Le Zoe Musings is blogging you will be all sorted. Kellie shared a recipe for yogurt parfait popsicles (AWESOME). These popsicles are just as easy to prepare as parfait in a bowl. There is only one catch to it, you have to prepare this the night before, but you will thank me for it the next morning. And for the bonus I doubt any child will refuse a popsicle for breakfast. It's sweet, healthy and perfect for the summer mornings. |
Recipe:
Simply layer the popsicle molds with your fruits of choice, vanilla yogurt (I use greek yogurt), granola, and a drizzle of honey. Although the honey will help the granola adhere and freezes; it’s a bit sticky and makes it challenging to remove the popsicles from the molds. Running the molds under warm water and a bit of wiggling will do the trick!
