Nature is a gift from God, there are so many powerful lessons we can learn from nature and with the power of making our souls happy it is a great source of therapy. Being outdoors or looking at a photo of nature has a calming effect with no trends, influences, or expectations, and you are free to have quiet time with God while pondering life in its purest form. When we spend time in nature, we are reminded that life is fleeting, how small we are in the grand scheme of things. Every plant and every animal are temporary and so are we. 5. Body & Facial scrub
Exfoliating is one of the secrets for a healthy, glowing skin. Exfoliating is a process to buff away any dry, dead cells on your skin to reveal the fresh cells underneath. There are fantastic exfoliating products available, but you can easily DIY your facial/body scrub. Begin with your face and work your way down your body by gently massaging your exfoliator in small circular motions. Make sure to rub very gentle on sensitive areas of the skin, such as the bikini area, neck, and face. The massaging action itself boosts circulation and helps to drain your lymph nodes to help fight against aging. Your skin will thank you for this as you get older.
