6 Perfect Morning habits A beautiful day starts with a beautiful mindset. When you wake up, take a second to think about what privilege it is to simply be alive and healthy. From the moment, you start acting like life is a blessing, I can assure you it will start to feel like it. To me mornings are so important, each morning we are born again, we get a fresh start with a clean sheet. Whether you are a student, working individual or a mom with a house full of warm bodies, I have learned that quiet time is a valuable thing. Take time in the morning to invest in yourself and enable you to emotionally center and get ready for the day in a stress-free way. |

Psychologist Roy F. Baumeister said, Our willpower is the greatest in the morning before we had to slew of issues and choices that come our way. With that in mind, you will agree with me that it makes perfect sense to start your day with a healthy, successful routine.
1. Wake up (with warm Lemon water)
- Fill your mug half with boiled Water
- Then add the juice of half a lemon
- add 1/2 teaspoon Raw Honey
- And wait for it to cool down a bit (but it should still be a warm drink)
- You can also add Cayenne Pepper, Chia seeds, Ginger or Cinnamon.
- Remember to take out the lemon seeds ( I hate it )
- Why should it be warm Water? Cold Water likely provides a shock factor or stress in the body and it takes energy for your body to process cold water- and we definitely don't want that.
- Done !!!
