1. Acceptance
Accept your body and see the nice touches in it, you can't change your body, but you can try your best to take care of your body and respect God's work. We should not workout with the aim to change ourselves, we need to workout to improve ourselves. If you accept your flaws and quirks, no one can use them against you because you've already stitched them together with self-love and acceptance. The loving and stitching lies within ourselves, no one can make you love yourself, only you can.
2. Do not compare
Do not compare yourself with others around you, because there is no person the same as another, so what's the use? You will see differences - it's relevant because you are not a replicate of the person next to you- Comparing yourself is like attacking yourself - You are you, and YOU ARE UNIQUE.
3. Hard work pays off
I believe each and every one of us wants to feel comfortable in our skin but do we all put in the necessary effort? Or do we lay all day and compare us with those who have decided that they will no longer lie down, but stand up and work to achieve that confidence? Remember that all who's best was once a beginner like you, be prepared to be the beginner to work your path to acceptance.
4. Take care
Avoid toxins, enjoy a balanced diet and do the necessary exercises. A well-groomed woman is so beautiful, you even take your dog and cat to the parlour, so what's your excuse? .....transformation takes time, be patient, your body will reward you with a feeling of happiness and security - and damn that's impressive.
5. Shake off the haters
To be the ultimate version of you, you need to shake off the destroyers. You can't be positive if you surround yourself with people whose constantly trying to destroy your self-esteem and confidence. Once you block out the negative people in your life, you'll make space for the positive ones. No one wants to surround them with people who dull their spark; haters will hate - take that one from Taylor Swift.
